  • "I felt very heard and listened to in the consultation. Cheidy was able to answer every single question I had as I am very curious and like to take notes and like learning new things. It was answered in a way that did not make me feel dumb and in very easy layman terms. The consult took a little bit of time only because I am naturally more curious and personal but cheidy did not make me feel rushed and took his time to answer all my questions and curiosities in a respectful and sweet manner. Every aspect of fitness and prior fitness levels were looked at and it was very wholistic to me including things I did not think about. There was no shame or judging which made the experience very comfortable.
