  • If you have an injury, it is imperative that you seek professional medical counsel to ensure you are cleared to engage in physical training.

  • Similar to the above: check in with your doctor first. If you’re green lit with the doctor, then you’re good to go with us. The last thing anyone wants is to have an accident or injury set your progress on your journey back.

  • There are a variety of variables that dictate how long it takes to see results; current fitness status, age, presence of chronic illness, diet, and sleep to name a critical few. In general, it takes 60 days of consistent and quality training to see results. If you are rock solid on sleep and diet, however, you may see results sooner.

  • Paypal, Stripe, and Square are all accepted. We are presently evaluating the need for something like afterpay.

  • What you’ll need will depend on what you and our expert determine is best given your goals. The range of potential equipment goes from absolutely nothing, to household objects, to sandbags, to free weights, to barbells & plates and so on. If this seems daunting, our expert will help you hone in on what is necessary; cutting the fat out of fitness equipment costs.

  • That will depend on the program and service you select, but we are proud that our expert is not someone lackadaisically engaged in your fitness. You will perform warmups, the main training, cooldown, and be briefed on recovery every session you have. Our expert will be with you every step of the way, demonstrating and doing the work with you. Although, if you do want someone to yell at you, he’s equipped for that preference as well. The flow and style of your training is customized to suit your needs.

  • At this time, we are only training those 18 years of age and older (legal adulthood). We are considering this capability for future services.
